1. Who we are

This page is published by FLINT, a roofing and software company. For any question about data, write to [email protected]. Full details are in our legal notice.

2. This website

We use no analytics tool, no advertising cookie and no tracking pixel. Nothing you do here is used to build a profile.

Two things are worth stating plainly:

• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type and the time of each request. They exist for security and troubleshooting.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google's servers. That request carries your IP address and is governed by Google's own terms.

3. The area calculator

The tool on the home page runs entirely in your browser, in JavaScript. The dimensions you type are not transmitted, stored or logged. You can confirm this by opening your browser's network panel: no request is made while you use it.

4. Our Android applications

Each published application has its own store listing and data safety declaration, and those are authoritative for that app. The general rules we hold to are these:

• Your data stays on your device, in the application's private storage, unless a feature you chose requires it to go elsewhere.
• We include no advertising networks and no behavioural analytics.
• We declare the permissions a feature actually uses and remove the ones libraries add on their own.
• You delete everything by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
• Where an app offers an export, you get your records back in a readable format.

5. CRM Toiture

CRM Toiture stores your jobs, quotes, photos and schedules in a local database on the device. Syncing between the devices of one company only happens if you switch it on, and covers only your own company's data.

We do not access the content of your jobs. JSON and CSV export is available at any time, without asking.

6. Email

When you write to us we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you. You are not added to a mailing list and your message is not passed to anyone else. Ask in a reply and the thread is deleted.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because our applications keep data on the device and create no account, the most direct deletion is the one you can perform yourself at any time.

For anything else, write to [email protected]. We answer within one month, at no charge. You may also complain to your data protection supervisory authority.

8. Retention

Application data lives on your device for as long as the app is installed. Email exchanges about a quote are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for the statutory retention period applicable to accounting records where work was carried out.

9. Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Where a change affects an application, it is mentioned in that app's release notes.
